Tourism :RAM, travel agencies sign partnership agreement

According to both parties, the agreement will allow “an intense cooperation which will not exclude any major axisâ€.
Various issues of common interest are covered by the convention, touching on the institutional, judicial, ethical, and financial aspects of the tourism sector, in addition to training and communication.
By virtue of the agreement, RAM will support the technical and commercial training programmes organised by the travel agencies in favour of their staff.
This aims at “further increasing the quality of the services offered to clients,†said the agreement’s signatories.
The agreement was signed Fouzi Zemrani, president if the FNAVM, Driss Benhima, RAM’s General Director, and Abderrafia Zouiten, RAM’s Vice General Director, in the presence of Adil Douiri, Minister of Tourism, Handicraft and Social Economy.
RAM will also support the strategy of commercial promotion the FNAVM is undertaking in foreign countries to ensure a better management of the tourist flow towards the kingdom.
“The new partners are aware of the vital importance of establishing a
strong distribution network in order to further develop the sector of air transport in Morocco,†contracting parties said.
For its part, the FNAVM, which considers RAM as its first airway partner, will mobilise its affiliated agencies to upgrade the quality of their services and make them correspond to international norms, in terms of quality, quantity, and innovation.
